Got my Internet Loco up

So I finally switched to Scarlet for my internet, went with the Internet Loco. Setup was pretty straightforward, just followed the steps online. Took about a week for everything to get activated, which felt kinda long but whatever. Speeds are decent for what I pay, no complaints there. Pretty happy with it overall, saved a few bucks.

Decent Trio pack, slow delivery

I ordered the Trio Pack (internet, TV, mobile) and generally, it's good value for money. The internet speed is as advertised, and the TV decoder works well. I chose the Mobile Berry plan within the pack, and that's been solid too. My main gripe was the delivery time for the modem and decoder; it took almost 10 days to reach my address in Liège, which felt a bit slow compared to other providers I've used. Once everything arrived and was installed, the service has been stable. Customer service was helpful when I called about the delivery delay, but it would be better if shipping was faster initially.

Always reliable service

This isn't my first time with Scarlet. I've been a customer for a few years now, mostly for their internet. I just upgraded my old Internet Poco to Scarlet Fiber this time around. The switch was smooth, just like my previous experiences. I appreciate that they're consistently good with their service and pricing. That's why I keep coming back. The technician who came for the fiber installation was also efficient and polite, got everything hooked up quickly. Really happy with the new speeds.
